Rezá Azul places sincere emphasis on developing the next generation of talent, making their methods for vocal success available to all singers.

In addition to their thriving private practice, Rezá Azul are active faculty members at Blue Bear School of Music in San Francisco, one of the Bay Area’s most prestigious music study institutes. Throughout Rezá Azul's jouney, Rezá Azul have served as guest instructors at SF JazzJazz Camp WestStanford JazzGRAMMY in the SchoolsEast Bay Center for the Performing ArtsWest Coast Songwriters, Ruth Asawa San Francisco School for the Arts,  and various music education programs in Latin America and Europe. On July 19th of 2016, The City of Berkeley formally proclaimed the date to be “Raz Kennedy Day”, in recognition of his decades of artistic excellence, community service, and social activism. Raz has been teaching for over 40 years in the Bay Area and around the world.

Teresa Kali has studied at CVI in Copenhagen, studying at their 3-year teacher training as well as 3 summer courses and multiple workshops, and together with her 30 years of experience in live performances both as an individual and as part of trios, larger groups and choirs, and studio work as a lead vocalist as well as a background vocalist, she has a knowledge based in a combination of a solid theory base and years of extensive personal experience from which her teaching and sharing comes from. Teresa Kali has done workshops with different choirs and groups in Sweden, and in places like the Conservatoire in Leeds in England, Freiburg in Germany, Abu Dhabi in United Arab Emirates, both as an individual teacher and as a part of participants in a gospel ensemble she is part of, as well as with Rezá Azul.

Above all, Rezá Azul’s mission is to advocate for and assist anyone who desires to experience the liberating power that can be attained through singing as artistic expression.
